About me
I'm Lisa, founder of Track to Tomorrow.
I was a national-level athlete in the 400m hurdles, 800m, and 1500m. Running has always been a part of my life and continues to be a constant companion, alongside my work and my family.
As a certified running coach, I have developed an approach that combines experience, listening, and adapting to each person's lifestyle.
I believe in the value of the process: every workout represents a moment of growth. Results come gradually, consistently, and methodically.
I work with people with different goals: those starting from scratch, those who want to improve, those preparing for a race or those returning from an injury.
My workouts include running, strength, and mobility, with personalized programs that evolve over time based on your progress.
